I am a Leo. That could explain it all. Then there are ten years of lead position in high end creative industry. From teaching CGI to my own CGI lecturer to raising a successful advertising Company from zero to national extent, I feel quiet confident about my managing skills. In fact it is a proper passion of mine: focusing on the whole of the creative process is an easy task for me and the Vision that comes from is promptly shared by the team. The schemes of my mind had proved themselves clear and empowering: at least the praise of my colleagues and clients makes me think so.
Feedback is the key of any new choice and any choice undergoes a natural selection by the team members: smooth processes and clear dialogue is the aim. Making everyone active part of the workflow, sharing achievements and concerns, overcoming irrational beliefs is my everyday and beloved task.
