Tried out the new Vray 2.0
Not arguable the whole new dimension of the new release and on a personal plan I would really love to stick with it. Unfortunately there is more involved, as I privilege worn in processes to fully intergate whitin my clients' and colleagues' workflow. Forerunning Is part of my business credo but not when in sets me out of the 'seamless exchange' plain. Will come back to the matter in one year time. Not to mention most of the new features are built-ins of user scripts for the 1.5 release :3 |

The updated demo reel is up.
Still using mostly content from my Italian experience, the new reel features content from my intense R&D of the last two years such as fluid simulation, car rigging and organic animation. Notable the cartoon shader deployed for Rolex. If I had to give my personal opinion the one actually used is unrivalled. Thank you, Pencil+. Animation is still beyond my interests and what's on display here is a good sample of what you can force me to do.

Having been in Vancouver for a few days
prior to the opening of the exhibition floor I knew, at least, that a lot of the big names were out in force.Watching the Autodesk and Pixar booths get assembled nearby was quite a sight, and it was clear they’d be the biggest and most elaborate among the main stands in the middle of the floor.These also included the likes of Pixologic, Maxon, NewTek and Nvidia.
